Dear Customers,
To protect your transaction security, please read the following anti-fraud reminders carefully.
Lazi will never request your bank account details, credit card information, or personal financial data via phone calls, text messages, or any other communication methods. We will also never ask you to visit a bank branch or operate an ATM for any reason.
If you receive suspicious calls or messages, please stay alert and do not follow instructions from unknown sources. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately through our official Instagram account @lazi_crochet (verified account) or call Taiwan’s Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 for assistance.
Please be especially cautious when receiving calls with prefixes such as “+”, “+2”, “+886”, or other unfamiliar international numbers. Scammers may falsify caller IDs or impersonate companies, banks, or government agencies. Do not click suspicious links or accept unknown LINE friend requests or messages.
Common scam tactics include claims such as “duplicate orders” or “incorrect installment payment settings” in order to gain your trust and persuade you to operate online banking services or ATMs. If your inquiry involves banking matters, please contact your bank directly. If anyone asks you to operate financial accounts or provide sensitive information, please refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.
For better account security, we also recommend that you:
Regularly update your passwords
Use strong passwords with uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers
Avoid entering account information on public computers
Lazi wishes you a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
