Home Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

Convenience Store Pickup

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–7 business days
  • Available Area: Taiwan

Postal Delivery (Offshore Islands)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  • Available Area: Taiwan offshore islands

Shipping Information

  • For in-stock items, orders will generally be shipped within 3–6 business days after the order is placed (excluding the order date, weekends, and holidays).
  • For pre-order items or custom-made products, shipping schedules will follow the estimated shipping date stated in the product description and any custom order discussions.
  • Shipping operations are available Monday to Friday, 13:00–17:00.
  • No shipments will be arranged on weekends or public holidays.
  • Please note that shipping may be delayed during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
