Basic Crochet Class

A beginner-friendly crochet class designed and organized by me, guiding you step by step into the world of crochet with a structured learning approach.

Through creating a crochet earphone pouch, you will not only learn all the essential crochet stitches, but more importantly, build the ability to become an independent crocheter. You will learn how to read patterns, understand crochet logic, and troubleshoot common beginner mistakes — helping you shorten the challenging learning curve of starting crochet.

In addition to a physical class booklet, you will also receive a post-class video so you can continue practicing at home as many times as you need.

Course Dates

All sessions include:

Class A: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Class B: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Class Schedule

Class A

1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

• Introduction to crochet tools and yarn
• Learn all crochet fundamentals:
  • ❶ Essential basic stitches
  • ❷ Flat crochet techniques
  • ❸ How to read crochet patterns
  • ❹ Changing colors and yarns
• The remaining parts of the project will be completed with guidance from the post-class video

Class B

6:30 PM – 9:00 PM

• Complete the crochet earphone pouch:
  • ❶ Magic ring and starting in the round
  • ❷ Working in circular crochet
  • ❸ Sewing crochet pieces together and attaching buttons
  • ❹ Understanding crochet logic and reviewing key techniques

The complete A+B course will guide you through:

Understanding tools → Basic stitches → Reading patterns → Flat crochet → Circular crochet → Completing your first project

Step by step, you will build a complete foundation in crochet and discover the fastest way to enter the world of crochet.

No previous experience or skills are required.

All you need is a passionate heart and the curiosity to start your crochet journey.

Course Information

Maximum class size｜ 6 participants per class

To maintain teaching quality and provide a comfortable learning environment, all classes are held in a small-group format. Registration closes once the class is full.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

❶ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since materials need to be prepared in advance, please follow the policy below if you need to cancel:

Cancellation more than 7 days before class

Including the 7th day before the class date.
You may choose to transfer to another session or request a full refund.

Cancellation within 7 days before class

You may transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
If a refund is requested, a 30% fee of the course price will be charged to cover administrative and material preparation costs.

Cancellation on the day of class or no-show

No refunds or make-up classes will be provided.

If needed, please contact us within one month after the class ends. We can assist in sending the material kit and video access for continued learning.

❷ Weather or Force Majeure

If the class is affected by weather, venue issues, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will notify participants by email or phone at least 4 hours before the class begins and assist with rescheduling or refunds.

❸ Small Class Format

To ensure teaching quality and comfortable working space, all classes are limited to small groups with limited availability.

❹ Pre-class Reminder

After successful registration, we recommend adding the class schedule to your calendar.

A reminder email will be sent one day before the class.

❺ Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.

We will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled start time before beginning the class.

❻ Food & Drinks

Please avoid bringing strongly scented outside food into the classroom.

Simple tea refreshments will be provided during the class. The selection may vary depending on the day’s preparation.

❼ Recording Policy

Full-course audio or video recording is not allowed during the class.

❽ Course Adjustments

Lazi Crochet reserves the right to adjust the course content, schedule, and related arrangements when necessary.
